In participation with Humanities Montana, the Montana Natural History Center is excited to host the Montana Conversations program “Connecting to Land Through an Indigenous Lens” with Lailani Upham of Iron Shield Creative.
The evening event will include a presentation by Lailani Upham, of Iron Shield Creative. There will also be a screening of the film Life in the Land: Amskapi'Piikani-Blackfeet Nation, followed by a community conversation.

As part of the National Association of Interpreters Heartland Region Workshop, the film Life in the Land: The Seeley-Swan Region will screen on the first evening of the gathering. Filmmaker Lara Tomov will lead a 30 minute presentation & discussion after the film.
